  Had to wait for a table for 10 for an 1 1/2 hours only to be told that we still had to wait..Large parties that came in after us were seated and served and leaving before we could even be seated. I had to ask for the manager in order to get seated. Waitress Kimberly never prebussed table, never asked if anyone needed refills and then mixed the checks up and accused us of switching them.She had a very poor attitude and no personality. With being a previous employee of Ruby Tuesday I know this is not acceptable service. This was by far the worst service and experience I have ever had.

  They used too have a good salad bar. But the salad bars is terrible now. The food okay will not go again

  This was by far the nastiest Ruby Tuesday's I've been to. From the blinds, the tables, the floor and the doors as you enter was packed with dirt. The menus were even dirty. Our server was nice and always asking if we needed anything but as I looked around at the others they act like they didn't want to be there. There​was a young manager walking around chilling with his friends at a back table instead of asking his quests if they were ok. This place needs new management and a deep cleaning ASAP.
